... But it's less of a priority now than the fact that I want to feel fit. To be able to have a higher energy level, not being burdened by fatigue and sickness.
So I searched high and low for a practical workout routine over the net but could never really land in any which I felt connected to. So I guess with the aim to increase my stamina in mind, I will just draw up my own routine and go from there.
Monday: Lower body
- warm up: 5 mins
- interval running: 20 mins ( 3 mins high intensity running/ 1 min low intensity slow jog)
- squats: 20 reps
Tuesday: Abs
- warm up: 5 mins
- home cardio: 15 mins
- abs training: 20 reps
Wednesday: Arms and chests
- warm up: 5 mins
- slow jog: 30 mins
- chest presses: 20 reps
Thursday: off
Friday: Trouble spot (target on areas that need more work on)
- warm up: 5 mins
- interval running: 20 mins
- leg training: 30 reps
I just really want to get rid of feeling fatigue easily.
